Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy that begins once your item is delivered.  Once the 30-day period has passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unused.  Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.  Also, we do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your item is in new and unused condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color.  You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and explain our approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will submit a credit to your original method of payment immediately.  Depending on the type of payment method that is refunded, it may take 5–10 business days after our submission before your funds provider processes the refund and posts it to your account.

Late of Missing Refunds

If you have yet to receive your refund:

  1. Check your bank card account to see if your refund has been posted.
  2. Contact your bank card company to see if your refund is in progress (i.e. It's been received but it has not yet officially posted).
  3. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@spurbrand.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you experience this type of problem, please contact us at support@spurbrand.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and processed, we will send an email to notify you of your gift credit code that you can use to purchase any of our merchandise.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will refund the gift giver directly.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance, as we are unable to guarantee that your return shipment will be delivered to us.
